Post-M.D. (Pathology) Training Course at SRL Ranbaxy Ltd

Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates who have recently passed M.D. (Pathology) examination in the year 2006.
2. The student in M.D. (Pathology) who has appeared at the MD examination and is awaiting their results.

Salient Features of “Post-M.D. (Pathology) Training Course”

1. The duration of training course shall be three months.
2. The training course shall commence from 1st December 2006.
3. The training course shall be non stipendiary in nature.
4. Professionals who have successfully passed M.D. (Pathology) in 2006 or students who have appeared at the M.D. examination and are awaiting their results shall be eligible for the participation in training course subject to a formal selection process.
5. The training course shall comprise of class room training as well as hands on exposure to the various sections / departments of Pathology including, but not restricted to, instrumentation, quality issues, cost considerations, efficient management and role of IT in facilitation of the laboratory processes etc.
6. The training shall be imparted by professionals with experience in Pathology and allied areas.
7. On conclusion of the training course, the Trainees shall undergo written and/or practical test on the basis of course contents.
8. On successful completion of training course, the Trainees shall be awarded a certificate of participation and proficiency.
9. On completion of the training course, SRL Ranbaxy may consider the participants who have successfully completed the training course for employment in SRL Ranbaxy Limited subject to vacancy and suitability for the position.

In-Laboratory Training Course at SRL Ranbaxy Ltd

Venue : SRL Ranbaxy Limited, Andheri (E)

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with B.Sc. qualification who have recently passed DMLT examination in the year 2006.

Main Features of In-Laboratory Training Course

1. The duration of training course shall be three months.
2. The training course shall commence from 1st December 2006.
3. The training course shall be non stipendiary in nature.
4. Students who have successfully passed DMLT 2006 shall be eligible for participation in training course subject to selection at an interview.
5. The training course shall comprise of class room training as well as hands on exposure to various tests and instrumentation in all subspecialties of Laboratory Medicine.
6. The training shall be imparted by the experienced professionals in Pathology and allied areas.
7. On conclusion of the training course, the Trainees shall undergo written / practices tests on the basis of course contents.
8. On successful completion of training course, the Trainees shall be awarded certificate of participation as well as proficiency.
9. On completion of training course, the participants can look forward to employment opportunities in Pathology laboratories.
10. The offer of employment to the Trainees at SRL Ranbaxy laboratories shall be subject to vacancy and merit.
